This is a history of our text exchanges in relation to the dispute Peace & Blessings,

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I dispute some of the comments and will show Jerry and/or his crew the areas, in addition to the utility room, that are unsatisfactory.I offer my sincerest apology for my adult son's behaviorI trusted that he could be available,and of course, interact with the workers appropriately when any of them were present for the extensive rehab I continue to doMy son will not be here as I have moved into the the condoAgain, my sincere apologies. Please contact me to set a time and date that I can expect the crew to complete the work and make good the incidental rework that needs to be properly completed

Revdex.com called business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to Jerry B***, who responded verballyHe said he went out to do an estimate for the consumer and they agreed he would power wash the fence but he was told he could not get anything on the neighbor's yard and so he could only do one side
Consumer's wife then called business and said she wanted the whole thing doneThe business decided not to take on the job because of the problems with the neighbor if they did the whole thing and did not want to do only half

I did recieve a call from *** in november,and unfortunately forgot about itI did not recieve one on January,29,and have phone re ords to prove thisAs for the job she paid no money down,and only paid on completion of job after she did a walk throughAs for only one coat this not
trueThe walls were in terrible shape and alot of drywall repair had to be done,with alot of mud workIf you only apply one coat it would be obvious, she would have seen every spot we did mud work to repair drywallAnd we did remove plate covers,we do not remove cable coversAs for the utility room,my crew started paintng itShe and her son told them to stop and that they were painting it themselvesWhen she called me about the utility room, she stated how great the job was,as did one of her neighbors who stopped inWe did have a problem going back thoughWhile doing the job her son was doing drugs and even offered my grandson some while he was there workingInwojld be mord than happy to finish the utility room for her,but would prfer her son not be there

Exchange from owner and my wife, agreeing to the additional which I paid him without dispute There was never a price point of provided or quoted or verbally quoted
Note that would have been the price quoted plus the paid The only price referenced from the owner was the price for the work
