office in the two years that I represented the Complainant, however, this would violate the attorney/client privilege I had with the Complainant prior to my retirement.Suffice it to say that the Complainant has mischaracterized the nature of the services he hired me for The Complainant received responses to his many calls and e-mails I know enough about his case to prepare several legal pleadings, which he returned and signed, as well as several conferences with deputy prosecuting attorneys It was after the Complainant was informed that the relief he was requesting from the Court was not supported by the law, and his rejection of alternate remedies, that he declined to proceed and wanted his money back.I provided detailed letters to him outlining my efforts and the legal hurdles that could not be overcome as well as a detailed itemization of my time As a show of good faith toward his disappointment in not being able to overcome a direct consequence of conviction for a serious felony.I can send a complete copy of his file, including correspondence and drafted pleadings, upon his written request and release

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The complaint that I brought up has not been addressed
*** * *** has admitted that he could not help me with what I wantedSo if he knew he could not help me with what I was paying him for why did he keep my money for years leading me on and then not refund my money as soon as he knew he could not help me with the situation I was paying him for?
Therefore an honest individual would have refunded my money as soon as they knew they were not able to provide the services being paid for
This is why I'm coming to the Revdex.com for help mrK*** has done nothing but avoid me and give me the runaround for the last years not even notifying me that he was retiring only after I requested my money back, did I find out he was retiring

I have previously addressed the various statements made by *** *** in his Complaint directly to him in several written communications Further disclosure of confidential information would require an express written waiver of confidentiality by *** ***.I have also previously provided *** *** with an itemization of my time, and tendered him a partial refund accordingly.*** ***'s suggestion that my retirement was not timely communicated to him is also without merit
