In response to the complaint received by the Revdex.com, from *** J *** at ** *** *** ***, WA ***, I would like to address her comments in regards to the tree at *** *** ***, WA that we manage.First, I have met with Ms***, in person, twice, and have discussed her concerns about the treeand the "chip" on her windowWe have had the tree in question limbed up as high as what wasreasonable and safe, approximately ftShe states "trees" as in plural, however, there is only one treeof any concernThe area in which Ms*** lives is in a highly wooded area and is surrounded byfix and pine trees, to which, any of these trees can send branches in any direction in the right windconditions
Her statement about a "broken" window is exaggerated and unsubstantiatedThe window in questionhas a small chip in the upper outer pane of an insulated unitIn my professional opinion with over 30years of experience in home maintenance and inspections, it is highly unlikely that this chip in thewindow was caused by a tree branchThis type of chip is more likely cause by a small rock orsomething hard, not a tree branchThis is why I suggested that she contact her homeowners insuranceand have them assess the damage

To Whom It May Concern, This letter is in response to your statement from the Revdex.com. We received the application for [redacted] on August 17, 2015. The application was processed that same day. The date on the disapproval letter is automatically generated by the Propertyware system to match the date that...

the application came in. You were not disapproved on that date. You were disapproved on September 2, 2015 based solely on your income. The proof of income provided did not show that you made 2 times the rent amount, as required to rent any of our rental units. The home was listed for sale and for rent. Unlicensed employees, by law, cannot give you information regarding the sale of the home, only the information provided on our rental sheet. Had you been approved and moved in, the sale of the home would not have affected the Lease Agreement I apologize that you were not told that the home was for sale at the time you filled out applications. In regards to the refund of your application fees, we did write a check for $40 to refund the fee for [redacted] application because we did get word that the home had a pending offer. As for [redacted] application fee, that will not be refunded as we fully ran the background check and proceeded with the approval process. Also, your rental applications are good tor any of our rental units for a period of 2 months from the time that you apply. As soon as the owner of the home received the offer, he decided to remove the home from the rental market, which is his choice to do so. If you have any questions, please call out office at [redacted]
