[redacted] and [redacted] were the general contractors for a total rebuild of my home burned July 15, 2014. I had no prior relationship with [redacted] or [redacted], they were recommended by my insurance company. Along with the rebuild there was restoration work to be completed. The scope of rebuild was replacing wall studs, insulation, all windows/doors(interior and exterior), siding, flooring, baths(tile plus fixtures), roofing rafters and shingles, front and back door stoops, kitchen cabinets, sinks and all appliances. The project involved several crews (carpenters, siding, painters, insulation, plumbing, roofing, floor coverings, electrician and structural engineer) at a budget right at $300,000.
