In visiting [redacted], he never once mentioned to me that I have periodontics disease, yet all of a sudden he mentioned this to my insurance company. I think he got this from [redacted], who he is a backup doctor to,if this is so, this violates my client privacy rights. My complaint is for the filling [redacted]changed in my mouth; since he changed these fillings, my teeth start cracking in two; I have the teeth for evidence. He filed down some of my teeth so low against the filling that they cracked.This is the worst dentist. He had me in his office for 2 hrs sitting in a room as he was running around from patient to patient; not spending the time to take care of me. I had to walk out! On my way out he called me and told me I have exhausted my insurance benefits, which I find to be disrespectful, then his secretary had to correct him and told him I have $2,000.00 allowance. He tried to tell my wife she needed dental work done, which later we found out she did not; he is a rip-off.Please be advised if I have to take this matter to court, I will. He really performed malpractice on my mouth; I lost my teeth because of him and his greed. I will be contacting my lawyer, and filing a complaint with the Consumer Bureau.All of a sudden his back up [redacted]wrote a letter, cancelled me as a patient after he started an implant for me which he is a backup to [redacted]said I need a filling which I did not need and within 2 days my teeth cracked. He has never once done a follow up call to me, saying how I am doing.Also, [redacted]called my wife stating he was sorry for any misunderstanding and would like to make up for it by paying for the teeth whitening for both of us; we declined this as we decided enough is enough. He left several messages, which are saved, apologizing. [redacted]office caused my tooth to split in half when performing the teeth impressions, which as I mentioned above initially began with the teeth fillings - poor workmanship.
