We called Cool Solutions for our regular checkup to transfer from heat to air for the year We have been dealing with Cool Solutions for several years This visit was just as awesome as the rest and folks should be aware of the professionalism of Cool Solutions and their techs Andrew was our tech today and he was running a bit behind from his previous customer A quick call to let us know he would be a little late....worked for us When Andrew arrived he again apologized for the delay....not to worry He went right to work, he pet the dog, wore his shoe covers as to not carry outside dirt inside He went downstairs to the unit and my hubby went with him He explained everything he was doing and even showed pictures of the places we could not see After he finished replacing our filter and and completing our regular checkup he began showing us the condition of our blower and ductsHe recommended a cleaning that we knew we needed from his previous visit We couldn't afford it last time but chose to do it this time I say that to verify that we were NOT pressured last time and not this time either We just listened to his recommendations and took his professional advice He is an amazing young man and Cool Solutions is given kudos for having him as their employee He is a great asset to their company and I hope the rest of the technicians are as educated and have such a good relationship and trust with their customers We would not hesitate one second to recommend this company for any heating or air conditioning needs Good job Cool Solutions!!
Justin and Jordan of Cool Solutions were very professional when they did their scheduled check on my oil furnace, oil tank and heat pump recently They clearly explained the recommended repairs and helpfully forecasted the strength of my furnace so I can save up for its eventual replacement
