On or about June 18, 2015, Mr [redacted] went onto our website, www.circlecitytickets.com, to purchase a single Ed Sheeran lawn ticket for $ Mr [redacted] states that he then called our office to confirm that there would be no additional charges when he went to check out and we informed him that our only additional charge is for FedEx delivery but since this was an e-ticket that would not be needed He then states that he went onto our site again to make the purchase and the price had risen to $per ticket He purchased the ticket anyway As stated in our initial response, we do not raise prices in response to an individual customer’s interest in purchasing ticketsWe do, however, price our tickets based on market demand which means our prices can go up or down at any time Similar markets include airline tickets, gasoline and publicly traded shares of stock It was totally coincidental that the price was raised at approximately the same time that he made his purchase As for the price later dropping, again it was based on supply and demand, like the stock market We have any employee whose job is to monitor the market and adjust prices accordingly When we initially replied to Mr [redacted] complaint, we could not find a purchase from an [redacted] within the last three months so we assumed that he actually did not purchase the ticket from us and did not offer to adjust the price Today, in response to your letter, I did a more detailed search and by cross-referencing his address discovered a purchase of a single Ed Sheeran lawn ticket for $from a [redacted] at the same address Had Mr [redacted] called us when he saw the higher price we would have been happy to honor the $price as a courtesy, something we do often In the interest of maintaining good will with Mr [redacted] I would be happy to refund his card $ That would include the $that he felt that he was overcharged along with another $for his trouble If he or you would like to discuss this further with me either of you can call me anytime Monday through Friday from 9:am till 6:pm at 317-254- I would have responded to him directly but since he went through the Revdex.com I wanted to likewise go through the Revdex.com Thank you, Mike [redacted]

happened, we would have been more than happy to work with you on the price We are not aware of our website 'timing out' when purchasing tickets since there is no timer like there may be on other sites (i.e***). Circle City Tickets prides itself on being one of the lowest priced among our competitors as well as an honest company We hope you can understand that we never, at any point, tried to take advantage of your business

We do, however, price our tickets based on market demand which means our prices can go up or down at any time. Similar markets include airline tickets, gasoline and publicly traded shares of stock . It was totally coincidental that the price was raised at approximately the same time that he made his purchase. As for the price later dropping, again it was based on supply and demand, like the stock market. We have any employee whose job is to monitor the market and adjust prices accordingly.
