Review: I have made numerous attempts to schedule appointments with Dr. Heidenfelder's office. Each time, I submit a request an appointment; receive confirmation; then it is canceled the night before or late the night prior to my appointment. I made arrangements to miss work, have shifts covered, and lose out of sales leads to make these appointments. They are extremely rude an apologetic when asked to reschedule. They continue their practice of ignoring emails as I seek to reschedule and confirm an appointment.Desired Settlement: I wish to be fairly compensated for the day I took off work to make my appointment; the following appointment where my time was wasted leaving work to go to an appointment and have it canceled on arrival.
