Baggett heating & cooling installed our Hvac unit in the winter through the DAV. We are very pleased with it. They came out today and performed a tune up and cleaned it. We have used Baggett for many years now, including continuous service from their maintenance contract. They first installed a split level heating/cooling unit in our bonus room, then later replaced our main HVAC when the original unit that came with the house failed on a freezing winter night. Their customer interaction and support is flawless, their entire service team is extremely professional in every possible way, and the equipment they offer is very high quality, built for long term reliable use. No complaints, and no reservations about recommending them.
