Richard did not keep his promise to delivery of the carpet and installationAfter he received my deposit of $to order the carpet he started to give me the run aroundHe kept changing the delivery date of the carpet and as of the date of this review is still giving excusesHe indicated the carpet was here for installation but continued to change the date of the installation offering more excuses and then stopped answering my calls After changing the installation date times I asked for a return of my initial deposit of $so I could find a reputable company to work withHe provided a post dated check dated a week aheadI went to his bank to deposit the check on the date, but there were no funds in the account the check was drawn uponI contacted him and he continued with excuses that there would be funds in the account at a later date I have since tried to cash the check twice at the bank it is drawn upon and each time I am informed there are no funds in the account for the check to clear He has since blocked my number so I had to call from a different number to reach him and when he picked up he continued with the excusesI will be filing a bad check claim with the state attorney's office I would not recommend doing business with this company or individual If you do business with them DO NOT provide an advance deposit for services for the reasons listed above

They were excellentThe came out, they had the samples that I needed and I had like a 3-day window to move in and they actually went through a lot of trouble to order the carpet, get it there overnight so they can have it here and they installed it the day before I moved inThey were very professional from the time I spoke to the owner to the time they came out here, they had samples with them and they were prepared, organized, very thorough with their questions, they took their measurements the same day and they did a marvelous job for meThey had a 2-day window to order the carpet and get it there within a day and then come the next dayThey carpeted the entire house, it's not a one or two-room job and they actually did the carpeting in one day too and they cleaned up very quicklyWe had a meeting, they come by the next day from the day I had called them, I explained my situation that I had a 3-day window before I had to move into my house and I needed the whole house carpeted, I need the whole carpet ripped off and replaced new carpets and they came over with samples and I looked, I chose the samples throughout our meeting, the gentleman was here, he called his office and ordered the carpet right awayI had half of the house done in one color and then I had bedrooms done separate colors and so they had to get me different colors of carpetThey did most of the house and then one carpet I wanted, one bedroom was blue carpet and the other one had burgundyAfter they cleaned up, they rolled up the extra carpet and asked me where I wanted it and then they placed it in the garage for meThey were very nice and very good*** charge more than themThey had to go through a lot of trouble to get the carpet that I needed because it wasn't just a regular cheap carpet and like I said I needed different colors and special padding that I wanted, they had to get that tooEverything from the meeting on through the sample that they had, on through the service that they provided, in getting the carpet in that I needed, and also installing was absolutely excellentTwo of them came and they completed the whole house in one dayI already had some furniture in the house so they had to move the furniture, they ripped off the whole carpet and laid down the new carpet in one day, it was special padding and special carpetsI had no problem whatsoever, the owner called me to let me know every step of the way when the carpet's in, they'll have it there, the guys would be there to install the next day and they were professional all the way to the installerThey were courteous, nothing was broken, they were careful with my furniture like it was their ownThe owner also called during the time they were here to see if I was satisfied if everything was working out okayThey saved my life because I could not have moved in without this house being re-carpeted, it would have been a nightmare to move inI would use them again and I would recommend Richard highly

I had a very positive experience working with Richard - When I noticed a tear in my carpet, I was scrambling to find a fix that would not only conceal the tear but match flawlessly with the rest of the roomI called around after looking at advertisements for carpet repair online, but everyone I called wanted over $just to show up! Richard was very kind and was able to work with me in a very professional mannerHe was able to explain the repair process thoroughly and in a way I understood and was comfortable withRichard did a fantastic job of repairing the damage, and I honestly think that no one will be able to tell that there was ever any work done! I am extremely pleased with his service, quality of work, and knowledge in his trade - the price really couldn't be beat and if I ever have carpet issues again I know I'll be calling him first!

Richard Comes across as a very nice guy, however, once he has your money then the trouble begins, delays, excuses, and little communication. Please do a background check on this guy before you give him a dime. You will see many people have lost money with him. He stole $5500 from our church saying he needed to pay for the carpet up front and never did the work. No carpet - excuses everyday - now no responses to our repeated requests for our money back or work completed. Please don't do business with him we don't want to see anyone else fall victim to his scam.
