Dear [redacted] ***:Mr B***'s narrative is essentially correctAfter complaining to the Revdex.com and also suggesting that I would file a claim in small claims court, I finally received communication from MrB***He had previously returned unopened my letter, sent via certified mail, seeking an explanation as to why a watch left with him was altered and further brokenSince then we have reached a mutually acceptable solutionSo, I have offered to drop any further action on my partI say "essentially correct" since there is not a shadow of doubt in my mind that his watchmaker altered my watch, but since he has agreed to communicate with me, and since it is now working, and has not actually cost me any money, I have decided to pursue this no furtherI will give MrB [redacted] the credit of the doubt, and assume he was not aware of the actions of his watchmakerI have also decided to take his letter to me as an apology, despite his insistence that it does not constitute one.Let me know if you need any further information from me.Best regards, [redacted]

Dear ** ***,
Thank you for responding to my call to your office pertaining to the claim made by *** *** ***
The claim which was made to Revdex.com on June 29, was to my best understanding with *** *** and myself through an exchange of e-mails
The watch in question was left for me to have examined because of the alignment of the chronograph dialMy watchmaker, who is an independent, did physically examine this watch and without opening it advised me that to make a necessary repair the quartz movement would have had to be replaced
When *** *** returned to my store a week or so later than on the day he had left it with me, he examined the watch and told me that the second hand was replaced and that I had altered this watch from when he had left it with meI explained to him that his claim was absurd, unfounded and not credible
I noted that there was no charge for the estimate, that I had no collected any money for this particular transaction, and that the matter was closedI did receive further contact with ** *** and I did not accept his mailingWe exchange several e-mails and I was advised he had taken this watch to another jeweler, that he wanted more of an apology, and that an apology was not for coming, and that I had offered him a $ credit for any services or purchase by my company
This matter, to my best understanding, has been resolved internally
Many thanks and yours truly,

Dear [redacted]:Mr.
B[redacted]'s narrative is essentially correct. After complaining to the Revdex.com
and also suggesting that I would file a claim in small claims court, I
finally received communication from Mr. B[redacted]. He had previously
returned unopened my letter, sent via certified mail, seeking an explanation as to
why a watch left with him was altered and further broken. Since then we
have reached a mutually acceptable solution. So, I have offered to drop
any further action on my part. I
say "essentially correct" since there is not a shadow of doubt in my
mind that his watchmaker altered my watch, but since he has agreed to
communicate with me, and since it is now working, and has not actually
cost me any money, I have decided to pursue this no further. I will give
Mr. B[redacted] the credit of the doubt, and assume he was not aware of the
actions of his watchmaker. I have also decided to take his letter to me as an apology, despite his insistence that it does not constitute one.Let me know if you need any further information from me.Best regards,[redacted]

[redacted]. The claim which was made to Revdex.com on June 29, 2015 was to my best understanding with [redacted] and myself through an exchange of e-mails. The watch in question was left for me to have examined because of the alignment of the chronograph dial. My watchmaker, who is an independent, did physically examine this watch and without opening it advised me that to make a necessary repair the quartz movement would have had to be replaced. When [redacted] returned to my store a week or so later than on the day he had left it with me, he examined the watch and told me that the second hand was replaced and that I had altered this watch from when he had left it with me. I explained to him that his claim was absurd, unfounded and not credible. I noted that there was no charge for the estimate, that I had no collected any money for this particular transaction, and that the matter was closed. I did receive further contact with [redacted] and I did not accept his mailing. We exchange several e-mails and I was advised he had taken this watch to another jeweler, that he wanted more of an apology, and that an apology was not for coming, and that I had offered him a $ 25.00 credit for any services or purchase by my company. This matter, to my best understanding, has been resolved internally. Many thanks and yours truly,  Richard B[redacted] Richard Kenneth, Ltd. cc [redacted]
