Good morning, I am very sorry that this has happened to youI was not aware of this situationI have just spoke to your salesman and I will have this resolved with in a few days

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if the terms of the statement is fulfilled and my initial complaint is resolved

We have already agreed to terms as per our General Sales Manager in the amount of $200.

It is stated right on the contract signed by the customer and a copy given to, under Additional Terms and Conditions, "Section 9: Payment of Sales and Use Taxes. The price for the motor vehicle specified on the face of this Order includes reimbursement for certain Federal Excise taxes but does not...

include sales taxes and use taxes (Federal, State or Local) or other taxes, unless expressly stated. Customer agrees to pay all applicable sales, use or occupational taxes. In the event Dealer fails to collect or miscalculates an applicable tax, Customer agrees to pay any additional amount due upon notification by Dealer." The customer actually owed almost double the amount of taxes when we notified him, but due to us not catching the miscalculation sooner, we split the tax with him as a courtesy. There has been no misconduct. Denver, Colorado residence taxes were miscalculated.

My name is [redacted] and I had submitted a complaint against Richard Lucas Chevrolet yesterday, (complaint ID # [redacted].) I was able to get in touch with the general manager of the dealership yesterday and it seems that he is actively taking steps to resolve the issue as he is...

seeing it should be resolved hopefully some time next week. I didn't see an option on the  Revdex.com to either retract a complaint or to put it on hold of  notifying the business if necessary but I am replying as per your email to let you know of this change as he is attempting to resolve the issue.

Review: My husband and I purchased a 2006 Subaru wrx on memorial day two days later the check engine light came on and the suspension was squeaking badly, we brought it back the following Saturday for service and were advised it would be fixed that Monday, we then received the run around for over two weeks about the vehicle being at an outside shop and the part needed. Finally spoke with the finance manager who was awaiting the rest of our down payment as agreed upon and he offered to cancel the deal and refund us the funds we already paid. That following Saturday we went back to the dealership to sign the cancelation paperwork and get the refund because there was much after market work done to the car that we were not aware of when purchased. While there we asked for the belongings that were in the vehicle still which included an ezpass, ups work jacket, change, and other paperwork of my husbands. They advised us the car was not back at the lot and they would mail or makw arrangements come Monday when it returned. We never heard from the salesman Dan [redacted] after multiple texts and calls to him. Then tried to call the dealership directly and spoke with Ryan the Internet sales guy and Greg a manager .. I was promised calls back from both and it has now been over a weekand I have heard nothing. The car is back on their lot and up for sale for over $4000 more than when we purchased it. Clearly why they were so willing to cancel the deal after finding out the work that had been done to it. I want to be reimbursed for the belongings and the time and miles we have traveled to the dealership for the faulty car and to get the refund... I dont know how things can just disappear from the vehicle and noone has the decency to tell me what happened or call me back when they told me they would. Dishonesty and awful customer service.Desired Settlement: The belongings back to us by mail or a check in the amount to obtain new belongings that were in the vehicle.
