I Paid the price asked at the time of inspection, but he never delivered the plans or returned phone calls or emails.

Review: October 15th 2015 my husband and I hired [redacted] to inspect our home and provide a report for our lawyer for litigation purposes for damage on our home.we paid $500. Our check was cashed on October 21st. My husband was told that the report would be finished on October 29th. We did not receive a report nor did we hear from them through email correspondence. On October 11th I spoke with the secretary and was informed that [redacted] was working on it and it would be done no later than the 12th. I spoke with the secretary again on the 16th, she said she had no knowledge and would ask [redacted]. She has bit gotten back to me. It is now the 17th and we still have nothing.Desired Settlement: We want a FULL refund of $500 so we can find someone who is reliable to inspect our home, as we may need this person as an expert witness and we would not feel comfortable in asking someone who we have had so many problems with and may sabotage our report.

Review: Engineer was given a $1000 dollars deposit and we were promised services witch we never revived. He was supposed to give us the paperwork we needed to lift our home after sandy and we never received anything and have constantly been given the run around.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back.

Review: I paid for an engineering inspection and report on the foundation of my home . The report is needed before repairs can begin and I never received the report after numerous requests.Desired Settlement: Send the engineering report so I can get the foundation repaired
