This company refused to refund my money after being informed of a cockroach infestationThen they charged me $for an early lease termination because I refused to allow my family to live with cockroaches See pics here [redacted]

I am writing in regard to charges being billed to us, as tenants, at [redacted] ***, when they are owner responsibilityThe charges are for plumbing back up, with total incidents in our one year of living at the property, the first taking place approximately a month after moving inSecondly, we were given two notices to vacate (due to owner deciding to sell his property)The first notice was given on 6/13/stating we must vacate by 7/9/(which is when our lease would be up) and it was from an eviction service (not something I am happy about)The second notice was from the property management company with a different move out date of 7/16/Both were notices inflicted by the owner's decision to sell and not because we did not pay our rent (I have records of all of our payments to LPM)I left several messages at the Modesto office in regard to the plumbing charges and even sent an email but no one bothered to return my calls or reply to my emailWhen I called today,

I leased a townhouse for month from LPMOnce I moved in I complained about the cleaning of the propertyCarpets were not washed, windows were not cleaned, bathrooms were used by potential tenants and never cleaned before my move in, spider webs everywhere in the garage and outside At the time I moved out I made sure the house is cleaned much better than I received it and they still charged me $for cleaning and $for two light bulbsI was also charged for a broken window that I didn't causeI'm usually a good tenant and no problems with my previous land lords but this company is not honest

They sent a contractor to service my a/c unit in June and now in July I have a leaky roof in my rental property that they manage They said I'm going to get charged for the plumbers to go back and fix the issue ? They were the ones who caused this problem Liberty property management has done s poor job managing my rental and I'm under contract till feb I told them I'm ending it when contract is over Due to my rude conversations to the management company Paula the president told me to no longer contact any of her employees and only deal with her only and hung up the phone on me I never talked down to them but yes I was upset So now I'm going to get charged for the plumbing company to go back on my roof and fix the problem they caused And I have a $1,deductible with my insurance [redacted] I need help ASAP I didn't send that guy on my roof they did I want to get a lawyer

I emailed her that told her that I had already given her specific instructions to ask them to extend long-term lease to tenants Tenants only received rent increase notice, but they never received lease requestI did not hear back from the property manager until I filed a complaint here at Revdex.com Second incident: Starting from September 2015, I have been asking LPM to send me invoices on each expense they ordered for me, as I needed them for tax purposeI have been asking the assistant manager, for more than times over a period of months with no results She kept promising me that she would put my request on my fileAs of today, I still did not receive those invoices unless I requested them I eventually terminated my management contract with them, because their customer services are extremely poorNote that throughout the whole time, not a single staff from Liberty called me to seek for understanding or resolution I fired them and they requested for an early termination fee of $1, I would stay away from this company as much as possible

We hired them because we do not live in California We are selling the property, I agreed that the tenant could be late on her prorated rent for March However they stopped collecting rent in February They are refusing to help me collect the rent The tenant left my house a mess, I am fine with dealing with that However the rent should have been collected and I need help with that
