I contacted this company to come and do an assessment of my roof for ice dam damage as they had left a flyer on my doorI made an appointment and was surprised when a different company Adam Quenneville showed up at my doorApparently this is a sister companyBefore they even looked at my roof they told me they could get a new roof from my insurance companyThey were very aggressiveThey went on the roof and took photos and wanted my insurance informationI refused to give it to them and asked them to send me and estimate which I would then review and send to the insurance companyThey never didI called back Richard Roofing to complain about this sister companyThey seemed very apologetic and said they would come to my house the next morning to do an assessmentThey never showed up and never calledI'm actually concerned that the company that went on my roof may have actually intentionally causes some damage as I notice a shingle missing now which I am quite sure was there before.There is certainly something not appropriate going on here with both of these roofersI would tell all consumers to beware of using either of these roofing companies
