My experience with Richard Salter Electric was a very positive oneThey were prompt, punctual, polite and professionalThey diagnosed my problems within seconds and told me one of the problems was that I needed a new light fixtureWhen I called from the the store where I purchased the replacement fixture to reschedule them, they, knowing I didn't own a car, picked me and the new fixtures up at the store and drove me home where they expertly installed the new fixtures and fixed my other problemI would definitely recommend this company
I normally get estimates on all work to be done...but Salter was recommended by another service company and I was very surprised when the total bill was over $for hours! The quality of the work/trademen was good and not in question here The owner indicated that his pricing ($an hour) is in line with the industry for an electrician and apprenticeI felt this was excessive and after verification with other reputable companies in town, it certainly reinforced the need to always do your research and not rely solely on industry/brother organizationsHourly rates differ quite a bitI indicated to the owner that my understanding was not $an hour which he refuted!!! For the sake of transparency, make sure to clarify pricing upfront to avoid such situation
Had a really positive experience with the Richard Salter crew, the guys showed up at the exact time given and they went right to work. The guys were both friendly and knowledgeable, work was done with great care with excellent results. Very professional! I would definitely recommend and use their service again.
