Paid more money than what actual work turned to be .Looks like some tree trimming was missedI made mistake not staying on property for the hours they were there.I 'm hoping they come back to Richmond and we can work it out.Perhaps ,they would've done more if I stayed.I should know better

Under no circumstances should anyone use this Company. They are very overpriced, the work is inferior and worst of all, they never responded to calls to return and fix the poor workmanship. If you do your research, as I did not, you would NEVER hire this Company.

Review: Contracted to remove dangerous tree limbs from over roof of house & electric lines and remove debris. Trees approximately 60' to 80'. NO branches above roof level or over electric lines were removed. Said they would return the next day but didn't. Damaged 3 new gutters. Since leaving dead branch that was to be removed fell and damaged roof. Contacted 3 times to have them get in touch with their insurance company, but all requests unanswered. Have since investigated to find that they have no license in MD and that there is one civil judgement against them for not doing work contracted and one warrant for arrest from PG County MD for failure to appear on a charge of working without a license.

I am on disability and it took me over a year to save the money I paid them. I am now left with trees that are dangerous to my home, my property and to myself and can not foresee when or if I will have the money to hire someone else to do the job.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of some sort. It's only a matter of time before these trees damage my home further and without a refund I can not get the work done by a licensed professional. They say they are insured, but they refuse to give me any info to file a claim for the gutter and roof damage. I'd like them to be responsible and do the right thing.

Review: [redacted] was taking down a tree in my neighbor's yard in Oct./Nov. 2014. A limb fell and damaged my fencing and broke a railing. He agreed to return with replacement fencing and a rail to repair the damage, but after canceling on a bad weather day, a week later, he has not returned any of my calls.Desired Settlement: Repairing the fencing and replacing the split rail.

Review: [redacted] assured me that a porch would be waterproofed for the installation of

an outside carpet. I reluctantly agreed but called [redacted] after rain water got into

the porch and dampened the carpet. [redacted] picked up the carpet and said he

would send a check in compensation. The check didn't arrive. I caulked the porch

several times and thought it was safe for a carpet. As an alternative, I suggested that

[redacted] return the carpet but he never responded to my calls and messages.Desired Settlement: The porch was not water-proofed as promised. I had to do the job. I believe

[redacted] has a responsibility to either return the carpet or send a check in compensation.
