Sokoloff put a hold on my account and I went in to his office and paid in cash, I got a receipt and a letter but still a week later and they have not taken the hold off my bank account. I call my bank and they told me it’s them, they have not heard from them.

The bank account was released. On 06//19 03:12PM my office spoke with Lynn at chase in the C.O.A.L. Department who advised that she had the release and the account was released. If the complainant is still having issues, I would be happy to personally talk to her.

I've received a letter in the mail from Richard Sokoloff attorney office, *** I immediately called the Northwell offices & explained that situation & I asked for the customer representative to check any & all records to see if they had a open bill on Me & If most importantly did so with this Doctor, & they said No, I asked for a letter in writing via email? They said they will send documents in the Mail that I did not owe any money to them. I received letter stating that a foreign Doctor performed a service on me? I don't recall the Doctor or his name or have never been in that area where the Doctor has the office, I called the attorneys office & Spoke with a rude & what I would consider unprofessional receptionist who would not give me any assistance wouldn't allow me to speak to the attorneys, I kindly asked for an itemized bill from the Doctor, I told her that I don't recall ever being treated by such Doctor, The receptionist rudely hung up the phone & Didn't give me cooperation regarding the Matter, I then received a letter 6 weeks later after calling the same rude receptionist back a week later to follow up as to if & when? Again receptionist hung up after stating a letter has been sent to my address, I finally received a half filled insurance claim form with My Name with wrong address not mine, no signature of mine on the insurance form which the form didn't look familiar to me. I immediately called again & explained that I think they have the wrong person due to the half filled information on the Document & that is was not an itemized bill like I requested? It doesn't have any information of Who? What? Where? Was this service was pertaining to me for? The receptionist did not respond to me regarding my questions for an itemized bill? Hung up the phone again. I would like help on how to resolve this issue?

This is certainly a he said/she said situation as the person handling the account who was dealing with the complainant had a totally different story of the complainant being rude and nasty to her. Further, the complainant's social security number and date of birth that my client provided match complainant's. The address we had does reflect the complainant once resided there. Also, complainant has failed to provide a police report that he may have filed regarding identity theft. We are waiting on our client to see if they have anything the complainant signed and provide it to him but if the services were rendered in a hospital, complainant will need to obtain the hospital records on his own. As for calling my office, complainant can call me directly at and only deal with me.

grateful for you immediate response in helping resolve this matter, I have contacted the Attorneys office & spoke with Attorney personally, it seems that the Attorney and I will come to a resolution in solving this matter, Attorney has agreed to look into the matter regarding possible wrong identity. As I explained that they may have the wrong person. As I explained that I never received services from that Doctor.. Again, I want to that the representatives of The Revdex.com for you quick due diligence in assisting my matter..

On December , 2018 I received a notice in the mail from Richard Sokoloff's office about a collection for a *** in the amount of $665.00. I called the office to explain to them that I have never used a *** and that when I spoke tot he drs office, they were resubmitting the claim to my correct insureance. When I first called On December *** 2018 I spoke to a Ms M She said shed get back to me. No call back. Then on July *** I called and they transferrred me tto and attorney I beleive his name was ANgelo U ( spelling many be incorrect) where I left a message. No call back. Then I called a 3x and was tranferred again. When I tried to reach a real person, noone answered. Then I tied again a *** , ***- left a message for Mrs. S, then I called a 6th time on March *- no answer, no M ***, I called a *** time on MArch *** and left a message on machine at 11:57pm. March *** 11:21am , 8th time and no answer and then today March*** and nooned is answering. I tried 2 other numbers and no contact
I need to get in touch with someone so that this situation is rectified. How can I if noone calls back

My office did return her calls. I personally called the complainant back twice but did not leave a message because if someone was to over hear it, it could be a violation of Federal law. She would have seen a missed call. My direct number is . She can call me at that number and if I am not in, I would certainly get back to her. if she lets me know when a good time to call would be. Further, she mentions she never heard of my client but then states my client is rebilling the claim to the proper insurance company. This seems to conflict.

Frist, who is writting this reponse. Secondly, this person states they called me back? If there was no message how would I be able to call back. And one attempt to call me since December 2018?

I reached out to Richard based upon the information he provided. He did not reach out to me. He mentioned he called me twice but did not leave a message. A do beleive a complaint from this long ago, and 8 messages to his firm, deserved more then 2 attemps to reach me. I spoke to Ricahrd several days ago and he said he was going to look inot my sitauion. I did grant him permission to leave a message on my cell phone as he says he normally does not. Again, with a complaint thru the Revdex.com you would think he would perhaps move slightly faster to clear up this situation. We shall see.
