Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/07/07) */ I'm the manager of richard's bridal , I myself asked my workers what had happen with the customer [redacted] and this is what they explained to me [redacted] came too the shop to get a full set for first communion , the set included a dress, candle set and a tiara and because she had bought the packet we offer her dz of souvenirs the doughter tried on the dress , than was left at the shop for free alterations and took everything else that was included in the set days later she came back to the shop and said that she didn't want the dress no more and that she wanted her money backwe explained to her that the contract that she had made explains very clear that there was absolutely no refunds or cancelations on the dress.she asked to change a part of the dress because it was itchy , we made the changes that she asked for ,and than she changed her mind on what she had asked forwe never denied the dress to her because the dress was showered to her multiple timesshe got angry about the no refund policy , so she started screaming to my worker and there was more customers inside the shop and told them to not buy anything from us because we were thievesthere are some witnesses that heard everything there are the pictures of the dress and pictures of what the set includedif you have any questions you can contact me at XXXXXXXXXX [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/07/14) */ ....Revdex.com Translation I completely disagree with the lady's version, I never told anyone not to buy from her store, what I told the people was to be very careful if they were going to pay cash because the employee finds it easy to hide the moneyI said this because she lost my $dollars according to the employee I did not give it to her but they played the cameras and it is clear that she hides them in the register, which she actually had turned of that day, and they never fixed the dress how we had agreed and that is why I did not want to take it because it was not how we had agreed that she was going to fix it that is why I believe that I have the right to ask for my money back, and besides it is a lie that I have the candle and the favors they kept everything there in the store I do not have the dress or the money and besides I never yelled at her employee it was her that tried to yell at me and I only responded to defend from the rude way her employee treats customers Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2016/07/20) */ My worker had actually gotten confused and place the $at the bottom Of the coins deposit inside the registerAt the end of the day we found the money and we dicounted from the actually ballance that was in total for the packet! She did take the souveniers that we offer her for free because of the mis Understanding , she aswell took the crown and the candle set The day that she came back to say that she didnt want the dress no more , she came and drop off eveything she had tooken! As shown in the contract she made it clearly says no money back or cancelation!! The dress was fixed the way she wantedWe know how to treat our cutomers and welcome them in a nice way! And the fact that she wanted to make the shop look bad is not a good way to reflect on a shop just because she wasnt pleased in her own way!We will actually give her credit in the store so she can get anything that sje desiers(must be in the shop already)or she cantake the dress that she had order at first! iban a llevar el cual ella acepto y trajo a sus familiares a las medidas las cuales se hicieron en su precensia y en el de su familia y ella acepto y me senalo hasta donde querian la blusa de largo mangas, y falda y se procedio a que la modista miciara los vestidos dias despues sele llamo para que trajera a sus familiares y se midieran la primera prueba y sele atendio amablemente como es nuestra costumbre con todos nuestros clientes pero la sra. [redacted] cambio su actitud mostrandose insatisfecha con el largo de la blusa de 2 de sus familiares lo cual la modista tuvo que cambiales y desechar material para hacerla mas larga, luego nos llego otra familiar para que le hicieramos un quinto vestido el cual solo dejo de deposito $10.00, pero igual lo hicieron y como no le gustaba como se le veian a una de sus hijas empezo a exigir mas correcciones no tratadas en el contrato original y a subir de tono sus exigencias en compania de su hija mayor (La Novia) y nos repetia varias veces que la srita. estaba estudiando para licenciada, no se con que motivo ya que siempre sele trato amablemete y el contrato dice que se le iban a entregar la ultima semana de enero pero la sra. [redacted] no conforme como se le veia el vestido a su hija (ya no quiso probarlos demas vestidos) el dia 1-26-16 1-27-16 nos dijo que le regresaramos el deposito y nos cancselo y nos amenazo con llamar a la policia y despues siguio llamando para exigir el regreso de sus depositos aunque los vestidos estaban terminados el dia 1-29-16.
no se les puede devolver el deposito por que así indica el contrato y la tienda invierte ese dinero para comprar la tela y otros accesorios que se utilizan para la hechura de los vestidos. A demás de eso la SR. [redacted] amenazo en destruirnos y ponernos en mal en las redes sociales .en un momento nos sentimos forzados por la sr.[redacted] por que eya nos desia que quería ver todos las grabaciones de las camaras de la tienda pero no indicaba para que ! Espero de parte mi y de mi negocio que este caso yege aun acuerdo en que eta acepte que como eya y mi negocio tuvieron perdidas.

This is to inform you that on the day 1-8-16 Mrs. [redacted] ordered 4 dresses and brought in a picture of the design which I gave her an estimate of $125.00 for each one and we showed her the material which the dresses would be made of, to which she agreed and brought her family members for the fittings which were done in her and her family's presence. She accepted and gave me instructions of how long the sleeves should be, and for the skirt and we proceeded to have our dressmaker make the dresses. Dias later she was called so she could bring her family members for the first dress fitting and we treated them kindly, as we usually treat all our clients but Mrs. [redacted] changed her attitude and seemed unsatisfied with the length of the blouse on two of the dresses which the dressmaker had to change and use more material to make them longer. Later she brought another family member so we could make her a dress and she only left a $10 deposit, but they made it anyways and since she did not like how one of her daughter's dress looked on her she started demanding more corrections which were not agreed upon the initial contract, she raised her voice and became more demanding while in company of her older daughter (the bride) and she would keep repeating that her daughter was studying to be a lawyer. I do not know what motive she had to say that if we were treating her politely and on the contract it says the dresses would be given to her on the last week of January but Mrs. [redacted] was not happy with how the dress looked on her daughter (she did not want to try the other dresses on) told us on 1-26-16 1-27-16 to give her the deposit back and she cancelled the agreement and told us she threaten us with calling the police and kept calling us demanding we return her deposit even though the dresses where completed on 1-29-16.
We cannot return her deposit because it is stated in the contract and the store uses that money to purchase the materials used in making the dresses. Besides that Mrs. [redacted] threaten to destroy our business on social media. There was a moment in which she demanded to see all the video tapes from the store but she would not say why. I hope we can reach the agreement that both her and my business have had losses.

The dresses were promised to be made between the 20-25 of January. I have pictures of how crooked the dresses were made. The reason behind watching the video was because she kept saying that certain things were never said in regards to the length of blouse. The lady was the one who mentioned about watching the video to which we asked to see them as well, so her stating that they did not know the reason is false. I did mention that I would personally write reviews in every website like yelp, google review, yahoo, facebook, and there is nothing wrong with reviews there's a reason why yelp has helped customers choose between businesses. I did call the police who was the one who told me to contact Revdex.com and take them to court if they failed to return the deposit as the contract was clearly breached in their part. There was never more than two calls. One was a call letting them know that we would be stopping by Monday to pick up the money since the lady said they could return the money but had to wait for the owner to bring in the money. We showed up on moday to which they denied returning the money.
