Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After Mr [redacted] saw that my air conditioning system was not working he determined the problem was a defective fan relay, which was totally incorrectThe problem was a burnt out fan motor which was caused by limited air flow and too small a pletem for this new system, he was totally wrong in his evaluation of the problemIt took a more experienced AC technition to determine what the real problem was and to properly correct itHis(Mr [redacted] ) reaction to the problem was to avoid my calls to really fix the problem, he just want to dump it back in my lap and not follow up with me until the system was fixedMy system was down over a month trying to get him to fix itBut when it dawned on me that he just didn't know how to fix it I called someone more experienced to get it working Regards, [redacted]

I worked at [redacted] *** from to 5years [redacted] call them to confirm if you fill the needI then worked for [redacted] at [redacted] a/c from to 7years as a lead technician [redacted] call them to confirm if you like also! So if years full time employment isn't enough experience then I guess he's right lolThat's not counting the many summers I helped my dad who had his own A/c small business! I really didn't won't to go here but looks like u leave me with no choiceAfter the part I order came back wrong Mr [redacted] became very angry and mad he raised his voice and threatened me I will not tolerate such behavior I shouldn't have toThat's the reason I stopped answering his calls I felt like my life or health could b in dangerIn no shape form or fashion should I be responsible for the unit that MR [redacted] had bought himself being to big for the duck system now if I would have provided the system I would have no problem with taken the blame as I would have done my homework and this would not have happenedI was to change units out Thats it period nothing else and I did soI am hard working Christian man and do quality work never have or will I ever leave anybody I work for unattended I am thankful for the business I get and take good care of my customers! I really hope this will b the last time I will have to post as I have proven my experience and responded with accurate info to defend myself on this compliantI ask the Revdex.com to please make a decision on this because I have nothing else to say thank u very much!

Ok Mr [redacted] So I am a lier and "I don't have substantial a/c experience" from wat u stated and what u want these people to believe this is who I am! For yours and everybody's information I have all the credentials to prove I have more than enough knowledge and experience for any HVAC job of this type thank u very much! This whole situation is uncalled for and u must have some personal vendetta against me it has nothing to do with business and once I post proff of my experience and training people will see that and this case will b closed thanks!!!!

Mr*** did not tell the truth in has response, he was supposed to properly install the unit I had orderedAt no point did he say the unit was to large for my duct systemAnd the reason he didn't bring this out was his inexperience in the Air conditioning businessIf he had knwn it was too large, he should have brought this to my attention before installingI had to hire a more experienced person to determine what the problem was with his installationAfter I did this they solved the problem and it is working fine nowIt is only fair he should return my money since he could not determine what the problem was

First of all let me say I had nothing to do with sizing or buying the equipment that was installedMr *** ordered the system himself and ask how much I would charge him to take out the old system and install the new system he had bought that's it nowhere or at anytime was I supposed to do
anything but thatThat was the agreement that was made if Mr *** ordered a unit that was to big for his duck work that's his own fault I did what Was asked of me
