Good afternoon, Below is the response in regards to the customers complaint: "The customer brought his vehicle in July of for a complete paint job of his CadillacWe informed Mr [redacted] that as his vehicle is older it would be considered a restoration job and would take several months or longerWe informed him this would be a project vehicle and didn't have time for that at the momentMr [redacted] was insistent that he didn't mind about the extended time frame and wanted it done by [redacted] Body ShopHe heard and has seen the quality work that has been done by the shop and wouldn't take it anywhere elseWe agreed to take this project on letting him know that the time frame was just an estimate as we are a high volume collision repair facility and would be able to work on it in the spare time we haveUnfortunately because we were [redacted] and [redacted] DRP shops during this time it consumed any extra time over the past few yearsOver the course of time since it has been here at the shop it is almost completely finishedWe have kept in contact over the past several months in regards to its repair and the requested finished outcomeHe understands about the delays and should be accepting delivery of the vehicle by the end of next monthAnother conversation was had here at the shop amongst the staff and we will no longer be accepting restoration jobs as we are also unhappy with the time frame and outcome with the customer as we strive to make sure all customers are satisfied with the final repairs to their vehicles."-- [redacted] Automotive Estimator [redacted]

Richard's body shop Mr.David[STAR + GUY] is Highly recommend! I got into a accident, someone hit my car, left side was damage bad and air bag deployedthis was not a small job and State Farm recommended this body shop and they fixed my car better then beforeThe staff was friendly and e-mail me weekly to keep me updated on my careven after I pick up my car I had little problem but they pick up repaired and drop off my car same day!! even tow truck guy was very friendlyI've been to few body shops but this place is best!! there's no place 100% satisfy even on this time I almost had really bad experienced by Eddie and MIA but because of David and Jasmine I'm very happy with resultThis is my very first time writing a review period! If it wasn't David I don't even bother write reviewHe had me best service experienceIf I need work done even later on I will take it back to DavidIf need star service to you and your vehicle I'm not sure about other staff but strongly recommend David

I have a new *** Wrangler door and wanted to customize itThe guys at the shop added a snorkel, lift, roof rack, winch & front bumperExcellent job start to finish!
