Two years ago we rented an apartment from the owner of this business, Chuck L***In the two years we lived at this apartment we followed the lease to the letterHowever, we had many problems at that apartment that the landlord did not resolve and we moved from there 1/weeks agoWe followed all requests as to giving notice and detailed why we were leaving (Landlord did not keep up common areas, repeated noise problems necessitating we call the police, drug use on property, inadequate ventilation, inability to use common yard due to dog waste other tenants did not clean up, dangerous parking area due to landlord's failure to clear ice and snow, neighbors keeping dirty diapers in an open container on the deck, the neighbor next door firing a gun off the deck at bottles in the fence, mold in bedroom closet necessitating my husband to discard clothing, scalding water due to the landlord turning the water heater higher than because he said it wasn't big enough to supply adequat
