To whom it may concernThere was never any mention in the contract that we had with our client about any fascia repair or replacement The only thing in the contract was to replace the shingles, flashings, etc And as far as our warranty, there is a 25-year shingle manufacturer warranty
and a ten year warranty on our workmanship Her 1st email to me about this fascia board problem was dated August 9, not months ago and I did tell her that Shaun would be by as soon as he had a chance because he was very busy at that time.I definitely have proof on all accounts of what I just mentioned above Please contact me anytime if any further questions or information is needed.Here is an itemized copy of the contract which indicates all of the work that was performed, except when we had to replace all of her cdx plywood roof sheathing on the entire roof due to deterioration and that was additional cost She really let her roof get into a very deteriorated state Also, here is every email that she has sent since August 9, (not months ago as indicated in her complaint) Please let me know if you need anything else Also,please verify that you did receive this email. I am rejecting this response because:I had a new roof put on in The hail storm and the following rain storm destroyed that only year old roofAll my roof, rain gutters, fascia, and siding was done in So it was not deplorable MrMcnabb called me and yelled and yelled at me constantly I could not hear very well (I am 75) All I heard was something about a knife, a back, haven't been working much lately, too busy with twin girls and something about he didn't do fascia just roof and that he was going to charge me $to fix this problem However they are off the hook as far as I'm concerned for ever coming around here again So I am rejecting their response but accepting a no reply response.
