This is actually the 2nd membership that *** *** purchased at our school. The first one was in November and then one in January 2016. She first did a trial program and then financed and extended program. She speak English well as is evidenced by
her chatting with other parents and instructors as well as filling out all the registration paperwork that also had qualifying questions that she needed to fill out. There is no discrimination, as she simply came to our school, choose to enroll him and then re-enroll her son. The only time conflict came about it when she said she was getting divorced and no longer wanted to honor the finance agreement. As it stands she is over months past due and in default

The defaulted subject will have to work with the collection agency as we have to writes to cancel once it as been assigned. *** *** financed a program at our school and agreed to be issued credit and make monthly installment payments. After getting months, plus uniform for free, she make one installment payment and then defaulted. She then said her
daughter was no longer interested and requested to transfer the program to another family member. After that fell thru she cited that she would not honor her finance agreement due to a move. She then submitted a not from her local employer that she was taking a day off work and a U-Haul rental agreement. This was not sufficient documentation to be relieved of her financial obligation. She is currently in default. We have attached both sides of her finance agreement for reference
