To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] financed a program at our school and agreed to be issued credit and make monthly installment payments After getting months, plus uniform for free, she make one installment payment and then defaulted She then said her daughter was no longer interested and requested to transfer the program to another family member After that fell thru she cited that she would not honor her finance agreement due to a move She then submitted a not from her local employer that she was taking a day off work and a U-Haul rental agreement This was not sufficient documentation to be relieved of her financial obligation She is currently in default We have attached both sides of her finance agreement for reference
