No other way to put it than ROBBED! Which is very sad considering they’re family too They started our job (building Pole barn on our property) August and said would be done late Fall at latestGranted some of the time was not in his control due to weather and inspectors but here we are moslater (4/23/16) and still not finished and he's working on other jobs before ours after several pleads and visits His part-time workers are saying they're not being paid either and have started working on other jobs so they can get paid and they have also said they don't have the necessary supplies to do their work on our job, which leads us to believe he's already spent our money elsewhere (we unfortunately gave to him already) And for over mosthrough Fall, Winter and Spring we've had the trenches that were dug for the electric & water lines getting water into the crawl space of our home, which may have caused damage to our home that we're unaware of yet
Our very unfortunate stupid mistake was not getting anything in writing up front as far as a contract and also our huge stupid mistake giving him the money up front
