I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Good afternoon, I had a complaint against Richard's Auto Repair in Fullerton Ca.  Your response was going into my suspect mail which self cleans.  I went onto the website to check the status and it shows it was closed since you didn't hear from me.  I read that the business said they would fix my vehicle and reimburse me 50%.  I have their cell phone number so I tried to contact them to do as promised and they keep telling me its the wrong number and I text and he tells me his name is "[redacted]" and the wrong number.  I know his voice and it is him.  When I call from my phone they don't answser but if I call from a different number they answer.  What do I do at this point?

We have worked on many of the complainant vehicles but on this particular issue the vehicle a/c repairs were many starting with no air coning out of the vents which was fixed. We also mentioned thaahead leak in the a/c could be interior vehicle but she agreed to go ahead with the job. We are...
