Review: O n January 03,2015 a huge garbage truck from [redacted]'s disposal came down my street which is a no truck route and snatch down my power line to my home causing damage to my meter box and a vehicle The truck was going to the fairground. Their customer service was very rude the only way I was able to speak with [redacted] was due to the president of the fairgrounds contacting them on my behalf.energy had to come out and take power lines down [redacted] disposal will not return any phone calls after numerous attempts to speak back with Alvin [redacted]'s I was out of power for a few days had to file permit get electrician and inspection before my power could even be restored.I will be contacting City Hall regarding this matter cuz this could have been A deadly situation that they are neglecting to respond to its sad for a company to have no concern for his customers property property or life not to mention the truck kept going and never stop I found out through the racetrack log of the truck that come in off of belfortDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the money that was Paid for electrician, permit ,and inspection and damages I understand this was a accident but this is the company's fault I should be reimbursed this has put me in a financial strain

Mr. [redacted] spoke to the customer and was willing to work with customer to cover cost of repair, however customer then said his car as well as other items were damaged also. Mr [redacted] asked customer to contact his insurance company regarding the car and send the information. we have not received as of this date any of the materials to support the damage.
