Upon receipt of the complaint and comparison of our records with the complaint contact info, we noted that the phone contact provided was differentWe reached the customer at the contact info provided in the complaintMs*** indicated that the original phone number provided
to us in our records is associated with a non working cell phone resulting in the financial institutions messages not being received and the funding portion of the transaction not being finalized by themWe apologized to Ms*** for the confusion and inconvenience and they returned to the dealership and the matter was resolved on Friday

Our handling of this matter and lack of attention to the details throughout has been unacceptable. Our GM called Ms. [redacted]. He apologized for all of the inconvenience that she had to put up with and any political rhetoric she had to listen to expressed by one of our staff. We do not promote or condone that type of behavior and he assured her we will address the subject with the individual.
