Eastern Tree was recommended to us by a friend after we bought a totally neglected houseWe were very nervous about contracting such a large job because we needed huge trees out before our insurance was cancelled, but we don't have huge amounts of moneyWe are so relieved! They did a great job for a reasonable priceThey showed up on time and turned an unbelievable mess into a yardAnd...the whole staff from the office to the crews were very pleasant to interact withI would recommend them to any one who needs a tree service
Eastern Tree Service was hired by my neighbor in August to trim some of their trees I talked to an employee from Eastern when I saw their trucks and requested that they be sure not to trim any of my trees The lot line between the lots is not a straight line and is not obvious When I returned home later in the day one of the tree trimmers was up in a tree that was obviously on my land (my curved drive would have to be on the neighbors' lot for the tree to be on their lot The branches did not go over onto the neighbor's lot
When I called the owner, MrYoung, later to ask how this had happened after I had talked to them about checking the lot lines he was very rude to me
