I am rejecting this response because:I had a new roof put on in 2003. The hail storm and the following rain storm destroyed that only 13 year old roof. All my roof, rain gutters, fascia, and siding was done in 2003. So it was not deplorable.  Mr. Mcnabb called me and yelled and yelled at me constantly.  I could not hear very well (I am 75).  All I heard was something about a knife, a back, haven't been working much lately, too busy with twin girls and something about he didn't do fascia just roof and that he was going to charge me $350 to fix this problem.  However they are off the hook as far as I'm concerned for ever coming around here again.  So I am rejecting their response but accepting a no reply response.
