I ordered a hoodie on September 29th Here it is January and still no hoodie, order hasn't been fulfilled, emails and any form of contact goes unanswered, and I'm out $I seriously regret ordering from this site and really feel that it needs to be shut down
I sent back a hoodie to get something done and she never sent it back and it has been over a yearI have sent emails and messages and never heard anything backI would not recommend buying anything from Love and war because you won't get it
I ordered a pair of underwear from them over two months ago and the order still hasn't been processed or fulfilledI have messaged them and emailed them numerous times and I haven't gotten any repliesYour clients should be a priority to you if you want to run a buisness
Now I've ordered from them before and other than the wait time, I had an awesome experienceHowever, I ordered a second time and had a question about my order, not related to the ship time, and it's been months and have emailed her multiple times and have heard NOTHINGI realize this is a small business and a one women shop, but I run a small business also and at some point you have to either hire someone else to help or re-prioritize your customersthey should be the top priority
I understand the turnaround time is longIt is stated in the web siteHowever, I ordered a ready to ship item along with a personalized item not really thinking about it at the time that I should have done two separate ordersI messaged and asked if I could pay shipping to have the ready to ship item sent asap and was told they'd all ship together the next weekIt has been just about three weeks, no shipmentMessaged twice through messages on her website and on Instagram with no responseIt's rather frustrating not getting any responseI understand she's a one woman shop, but maybe she should only open a certain amount of orders at a time if she can't handle it all at onceI would think communication with customers should be a priority too

Their *** page is now down,
I did locate through google that the owners name is ***
Her husband is military and they moveI have located her in *** where the last known phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXXAfter many attempts and a message or two I have not received any response back
I located a *** *** who owns a clothing store in *** ** *** *** *** who's phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXXThey also do not answer the phone
I have also called the phone number that is listed in the transaction information in my accountXXX-XXX-XXXXThere has been no response
It is sad that in this day and age the military families even con peopleMilitary families are supposed to be respectedAre supposed to show and have honorClearly this is another family I have come across that just wants to take the working people's hard earned money

I placed an order on July spent almost sixty on a customized hoodie and have yet to receive anythingI have not received an updated shipping information or a single reply to my various emailsI thought this would be a cute little piece of clothing and im not even going to be able to wear a thin little zip up hoodie when it finally comes in due to the fact that the weather is getting cold outsideIm very aware that it says 20-buisness days and we are past that with no email replies all of the emails that are givenI do not want to buy from them ever again
I ordered a shirt that came way to smallI only wanted to return it for a bigger sizeIt took someone over a month to get back in contact with meAfter that I just wanted a refundThey sent me a return label so I shipped it backmonths later no contact from them, no T-shirt exchange, no refundTerrible company, terrible customer service
