We are sorry but this account was previously over three months past due and was assigned to a collection company at the end of last month.  We are no longer handling this account.  The defaulted subject will have to work with the collection agency as we have to writes to cancel once it as been assigned.  If we had received this before default we could have easily erased the remaining balance due after proper documentiaon was presented.  Please present it to [redacted] and see how they choose to proceed.

 [redacted] financed a program at our school and agreed to be issued credit and make monthly installment payments.  After getting 2.5 months, plus uniform for free, she make one installment payment and then defaulted.  She then said her...

daughter was no longer interested and requested to transfer the program to another family member.  After that fell thru she cited that she would not honor her finance agreement due to a move.  She then submitted a not from her local employer that she was taking a day off work and a U-Haul rental agreement.  This was not sufficient documentation to be relieved of her financial obligation.  She is currently in default.  We have attached both sides of her finance agreement for reference.
