I am rejecting this response because: the treadmill is not working now, I have a video that I made the day that it was dropped off. I have never been able to use the treadmill since [redacted] worked on it Initially. It has always sounded like to was going to fall apart, stopped working or smelt like it was burning. I will up load the video as soon as I put it on my computer. Everything he had "fixed" the issue I would try to use it and would call him back the next day to come and look at it again because it still was not working properly. We never fiddled with the treadmill while he was working on it all we ever did was try using it and since it wasn't working properly called him to let him know what was going on. He still has never resolved the problem.

Customer said he was satisfied we did a good job. Treadmill was working fine. We think that customer fiddled with it. We went out second time and re-calibrated it. No change. A lot of the plastic was found and falling off treadmill. We even tried to fix it by putting new screws to gold it together....

We did fix the treadmill so it worked good and did its job.
