At the end of the 1-year builder warranty period the owners had another inspector come through the home and perform another home inspectionThis inspector came up with some additional itemsRBCH told the owner that they would be happy to address and remedy the inspectors warranty items within a 1-week period of time if they would fulfill their financial obligation to RBCHRBCH also suggested that “warranty services are a privilege that clients that have paid their bill have the opportunity to enjoy” They have since requested financial data which we have already previously providedThese financial documents have been, and are still, readily available to them for review through our cloud-based management service “Build Tools”They have their own login and password to look through all the financial documentation again and as much and often as they would likeRBCH has also offered on multiple ocations for the owners to come to the home office to review materials and also for any help in navigating the “Build Tools” web sitThe clients have declined the offer. In we contracted with Richardson Brothers to build our home There service was incredible From hour phone calls during the planning and design stage, to follow up calls during the construction We had many follow up site visits by Richardson Brothers The experience was great and would use Richardson Brothers again
We contracted with Richardson Brothers to build our home in The final certificate of occupancy was issued in September of The home however had many issues (over 81) that our private home inspector found needed addressed and repairedWhen we contacted them with our one year inspection results and other issues that were not followed by the contract (wrong items used in the home) they refused to address and fix the issuesWe also let them know that our perimeter block wall was failingWe tried for three weeks or so to have them come out and look at itThey were to busy, had scheduling conflicts amongst their office and just did not come outWe then contacted the City and were told we needed to have an engineer look at the issueWhen we informed them we were having an engineer look at it and would let them know what the issue wasWe ended up hiring an attorney who informed them in writing what the issue wasThat was in October, here we sit in almost February with no co
