November 5th to complete a sewer repairThe cost of that repair was $On Novemeber 15th Mrs [redacted] called us about noises she was hearingI believe she thought maybe they were her sewer pipes making the noise since she had previously not heard the noise before the sewer repair was madeWe went to check everythingWe found nothing nor did we hear anythingShe was not charged for this service callA couple days later we received another call from Mrs [redacted] She had the same noise complaint but had added her house didn't seem to be getting warm, that she thought something was wrong with her heatAlthough we do not typically do heating work, we told her that we would come and take a look againUpon entering her crawl space we found that she had raccoons living in her crawl space and they had damaged her heating ductsWe charged her $to make all the duct repairs March 15, [redacted] called us, this is Mrs [redacted] sonIndicating his mother was having issues with her sewer again that "we" had fixedCould we go check it outHer sewer was fine her toilet would not flush do to inside components not working properlyWe replaced the inside guts of her toilet and placed a new fill valve on her toiletThe charge was $March 6th We received another call from MrSawyer about his mothers sewerHe was told we would be there that day to take a look he indicated he would let his mother knowWe stopped by knocked on the door and there was not an answerOur service guy looked in the outside clean out to make sure there was nothing plugged in itAfter her found nothing he tried knocking on the door again and still did not get an answer so he leftLater we received another call from Mr [redacted] asking if we were ever going to go to his mothersI explained to him that we had already been there and she did not answer her door but that I would send our guy back over that he needed access to the houseOnce again, we showed up and there was no one there to answer the doorSo at this time we invoiced her a $service callWe received another call from Mr [redacted] and I explained to him that he had to be onsite that we could not keep making trips to the house and nobody answeringI also said I would schedule my guys around HIS schedule to make it convent for him since he lived out of townWe scheduled the appointment for March 10th on a day that Mr [redacted] had a VA appointment in MarionWE Installed a 4" T on a clean out to fix a venting issue that he believed we needed to doThis is not a standard thing to do in the plumbing and sewer industryHowever we did this at his We were called to XXXX Xth [redacted] 46953 on November 5th 2012 to complete a sewer repair. The cost of that repair was $2000. On...

Novemeber 15th 2012 Mrs. [redacted] called us about noises she was hearing. I believe she thought maybe they were her sewer pipes making the noise since she had previously not heard the noise before the sewer repair was made. We went to check everything. We found nothing nor did we hear anything. She was not charged for this service call. A couple days later we received another call from Mrs. [redacted]. She had the same noise complaint but had added her house didn't seem to be getting warm, that she thought something was wrong with her heat. Although we do not typically do heating work, we told her that we would come and take a look again. Upon entering her crawl space we found that she had raccoons living in her crawl space and they had damaged her heating ducts. We charged her $150 to make all the duct repairs.
March 15, 2013 [redacted] called us, this is Mrs. [redacted] son. Indicating his mother was having issues with her sewer again that "we" had fixed. Could we go check it out. Her sewer was fine her toilet would not flush do to inside components not working properly. We replaced the inside guts of her toilet and placed a new fill valve on her toilet. The charge was $175. March 6th 2015 We received another call from Mr. Sawyer about his mothers sewer. He was told we would be there that day to take a look he indicated he would let his mother know. We stopped by knocked on the door and there was not an answer. Our service guy looked in the outside clean out to make sure there was nothing plugged in it. After her found nothing he tried knocking on the door again and still did not get an answer so he left. Later we received another call from Mr. [redacted] asking if we were ever going to go to his mothers. I explained to him that we had already been there and she did not answer her door but that I would send our guy back over that he needed access to the house. Once again, we showed up and there was no one there to answer the door. So at this time we invoiced her a $75.00 service call.
