I feel taken advantage of. I was pushed into a sale when I was very clear I did not want to purchase a vehicle that day without doing more research. I also was very clear that I had my bank that I was using for a loan and they pushed me into checking their banks which only caused me stress, time, and now numerous phone calls, letters, and emails from numerous financial institutions soliciting my business now. I am willing to bet that the dealership sold my name and information. I requested to back out of the deal and was told I couldn't because they paperwork was already written up and they had switched the plates already. I again requested multiple times within the following week to void the sale and was constantly told no. I had issues with the "certified" vehicle and they are still not fixed. After waiting 5 1/2 hours for a "2-3 hour" appointment. I feel the salesman lied, pushed, and double talked the entire time. I feel I was over charged by at least $2,500 for the new to me vehicle and was paid out at least $2,000 for my trade. I would not recommend anybody ever use this dealership!!!
