January 29, Revdex.com Servicing Central California & Inland Empire Counties WShaw Lane Fresno, CA FAX ###-###-#### Dear Bertha, Thank you so much for contacting us regarding the situation with Mr***I will address the issues one at a time Regarding the interest rate, our managers do not deal with the warranty's so he would not have been told a better rate would be given with one, however regardless, the warranty is optional and he chose to purchase itHe has been refunded his money and has a 5.25% interest loan so I am really not sure what I could do at this point to make him happy in this regard, The other problem he had was with his awningMr [redacted] originally contacted us and stated he had his awning open when a gust of wind caught it and ripped it off, so he wanted warranty to cover it We advised him that is not covered under warranty, it is insurance damageHe never brought it inA few months later he again contacted us saying a neighbor told him it should be covered under warranty and we told him he could bring it in, he advised us he had already ripped it off entirely and threw it away so he wanted a brand new awning, at which we told him would not be possibleThank you again [redacted] Richardson's RV Centers [email protected] ###-###-####
