We are sorry and we will correct the situation. We will need the following:1. A copy of the itemized receipt2. The item3. The amount of the return postage Sincerely,Larry ***Your email said I could either accept or reject this offerI am not clear on what the offer is How does Larry plan to "correct" the situation? Why would he need "return postage"? I can certainly have the item and receipt mailed to him but we don't want a duplicate item made of fake turquoise or which is hard to verifyWe'd like money backAre they offering that?I remember Larry from the storeHe was very nice and gave us a tour and explained the history of art objects and rugs However, he was not the person who sold us the necklace - that was a lady working in the store I don't believe Larry was present when she told us the necklace was real turquoise You can reach me at ***Thanks.Yours truly,*** *** ** *** *** ** *** * *** ***
