Review: December 28,2012 I was involved in a car accident. The following monday I brought my vehical to Richardson's Auto Body shop. The mechanic [redacted] asurred me that he would keep me abreast as to everything that would occure with the repairing of my vehical. Several weeks later I still had not heard anything as to what was going on with the car. After numerous attempts and phone calls he final opted to return my phone call. His reasoning was due to the fact of my parts being so hard to find he had not yet finished the repairs. This went on until July when I recieved my vehical back. This past Sunday September 15, 2013 I had to purchase an radiator because my mechanic assured me that the peice to my radiator was broken and then glued back to gether. [redacted] and Richardson's auto body did a huge dis service to me. Not only did it take over six months to receive my vehical, it was poorly put back together. Review: Richardson Auto body started repairs on my vehical 1/2/2012. I have still yet to receive my vehical back with the repairs. After numerous calls & visitation to the auto body shop, I have yet to get a set date as to when my vehical will be ready for pick up. My insurance company has already payed the auto body shop. Simply put it has been 6 months and I still don't have my vehical.
