It is impossible to be proactive with the membership, when I am not receiving appropriate profiles Remember, that I had to call _Phoenix Singles to ask for profiles I told Jasmine during the interview that I lived in Sun City and could not drive to Scottsdale daily or weekly to look at their data base Jasmine assured me that was no problem She said she would email me up to profiles per day and to let her know which ones I was interested in contacting It didn't happen Jasmine sent me a total of profiles, and I had to ask her for them Neither one met the criteria I requested I received a total of profiles, all of which I had to ask for None of them truly met the requirements I requested They never responded to any of my emails when I asked questions or told them how unhappy I was with their service They did not and would mot communicate with me unless I initiated a phone call How are they serving me? What did I pay so much money for so far? CONTRACT: Phoenix Singles’ membership contract clearly outlines the buyer’s right to a refund/cancellation and gives specific instructions regarding the cancellation protocol, which is in accordance with Arizona State Law. At the time Ms*** signed Phoenix Singles’ membership contract, we properly disclosed our limited refund policy to Ms***, as indicated by her signature on said contract and initials by cancellation procedures. The contract verbiage states that the “Member may rescind contract within three business days after contract is signed providing member sends a signed, written notice to Phoenix Singles by certified mail, or personally delivers a signed, written notice to Phoenix Singles.” No such cancellation was received by us; subsequently Ms*** is still bound by the terms of the contractNo refund will be givenWe are happy to help Ms*** be proactive in her membership

Although Phoenix Singles informed me they would stop payments for the duration or my deployment, I did not only request a stop payment, but I
wanted to cancel my membership completely to include a refund of the money I have paid them over the last monthsThey assured me there were numerous men in their databaseAdditionally they claim they had various meetups and activities each monthAfter viewing the men in my age preference, there were probably a handful of men who were actually activeThe active men were not my type at allWe had none of the same interests and life goalsMost wanted kids or to get married and I did notI reached out to Phoenix Singles letting them know I did not want to pay for the online access anymore because there was such a limited selection if active menThey sent me profiles of men, who I already saw on the sight, and had no interest in themI emailed them asking what exactly they did for their clients since I have not received any help from themI reached out several times both via email and telephone voicing my concernsNone of the so-called activities they planned were interesting to me, and sometimes they did not include my age groupThey were also very limitedI felt as though my $payment per month was a waste as Phoenix Singles did not provide me with the services they promisedIf clients chose not to pay for the online access, how do they find a potential date? I was under the assumption that this business was actual matchmaking and that they would do most of the leg work in finding their clients datesI found it very unprofessional, especially when I did not receive email responses or phone calls backIt took me filing a complaint for this company to call me back to address my deployment and paymentsI am requesting a refund based on the lack if services this company provided to me and a full cancellation of my membership, not just for the duration if my deployment

As of this writing, March 1, 2017, I have received nothing from, "Phoenix  Singles", yet their response said the 19.95 dollars had been deposited into my checking account. My complaint has not been resolved.

I asked for help from [redacted] several times and got nothing. You are not allowed to try their service for any length of time to see if it fits your needs of which it does not fit mine. Since signing up I have done some resesrch and numerous people complaining about this place. I just want people to know what they are getting into before spending money for nothing. Go to [redacted] and there is people on there too. I wish I had someone to tell me how they operate. Also all those events cost money. After spending thousands of dollars they make you pay for the events. So not cool. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and the 3 days they talk about is true but just when I was about to cancel and [redacted] calls me and plays on your insecurities. She tells me that I will be perfect for this and says I have nothing to worry about. I should have guessed right there that I was in trouble.
