Regarding the interest rate, our managers do not deal with the warranty's so he would not have been told a better rate would be given with one, however regardless, the warranty is optional and he chose to purchase it. He has been refunded his money and has a 5.25% interest loan so I am really not sure what I could do at this point to make him happy in this regard, The other problem he had was with his awning. Mr [redacted] originally contacted us and stated he had his awning open when a gust of wind caught it and ripped it off, so he wanted warranty to cover it We advised him that is not covered under warranty, it is insurance damage. He never brought it in. A few months later he again contacted us saying a neighbor told him it should be covered under warranty and we told him he could bring it in, he advised us he had already ripped it off entirely and threw it away so he wanted a brand new awning, at which we told him would not be possible. Thank you again. [redacted] Richardson's RV Centers [email protected] ###-###-####
