Richardson's Window Tinting

On April 1,2016 owner of Richardson's Window Tinting llc Exson Richardson Jr. tinted a 2016 Nissan Altima and a 2012 Toyota Corolla both car was poorly done I called owner and he told me no problem he would be back on the 12th to fix it, he came and didn't have any tinted to redo Windows after confirming on the 11th. I'm missed work on he 12th thinking that he was able and willing to redo tint. He rescheduled for April 20th. He redid the Corolla first he fell to remove driver side front and back door panels and messed them up with the chemical he use to remove old tint. He asked me if I had any armor all he put armor all on it and told me to use this for a couple of days and if it didn't work to call him and he will take care of the problem. I called him the armor all didn't work and I told him there are still bubbles and razor marks in the windows on both cars and asked him to either return my payment of $340 for both cars or buy 2 new door panels he told me why should he and I told him the job was poorly done and you messed up 2 door panels. He refused. I texted him m and asked to send me my money back or we may have to go to court he say fine I will need you to sign a paper stating I returned your payment. No problem I told him. Texted Mr. Richardson again and told him I have not heard anything from you he told me he didn't have print to write agreement up. He talked very nasty to me stating I needed to come to Rocky mount to get money I told him no and he states that I was crazy as [redacted] if I thought he was driving back to my house to return payment and he has wasted his gas. He told me I was picky as [redacted] and he was not hard to please unlike me.Desired SettlementMr. Richardson can either return my payment of $340 for poorly job done on vehicles or buy 2 new door panels from dealer for 2012 Toyota Corolla.These case has been resolved by owner of Richardsons window tinting.
