April 24, To Whom It May Concern:Our posted return policy states “returned merchandise must be in unworn condition and in original packaging'' this policy is posted on the counter in a prominent position for all customers to seeWhen the customer purchased the shoes on 2/26/ they were new and in unworn condition, this was verified by the sales associate who is also the store manager, [redacted] [redacted] did a rountine inspection when the customer tried on the shoes and there were no scratches or signs of wearThe customer made no mention of a scratch or “looking worn” while she was trying them on or wearing them around the store.On 2/27/the customer tried to return, the shoes which at this point were scratched and worn, they had salt on them (from the melting snow outside) and, were not in a condition that could be resoldShe wore them during the approximately hours between when she bought them and wore them hard enough, to scratch up the bottoms, although she claimed that she did not.When ***, informed her that she could not return the shoes because they were worn outside she was rude to the staff and insisted on a new pair [redacted] offered to polish out the scratch she made, but she refused and continued to be rude, so [redacted] gave her the owner’s cell phone number (***).She called [redacted] and recounted her version of the factsShe said, there was a law in Maryland saying that returns could, happen for any reason within days [redacted] told her there was no such law, so she threatened a chargeback and Revdex.com [redacted] told her that it was her right to do so, but that our policies were posted, she had worn the shoe, and there was nothing we could do for her since she scratched the shoe.Regards,

Review: I bought a shoes on 02/26/14 at 4.59 pm. I did look the shoes after I paid he gave me in the box I did not open the box and left the

store the next morning 0n 02/27/14 when I open the box it looks worn and has small scrach. I did not worn the shoes I want on my lunch berake to exchange the same shoes if they have a new one the same day 02/27/14 at 2.45 pmthe manger was not willing to exchange he said you worn the shoes no I did not worn the shoes it has 14 days returens on my recipet.the manger said no and he gave me the owner phone # his name is [redacted] Richey with out seeing the shoes he said you worn the shoes I am not taking he called me and told me .it is not the coustemer service I was excepacting from this company.know I want my meny back.I will return the shoes it is less than 2 days since I bought the shoes.
