I called Richfield Plumbing this morning to settle my bill and they told me they credited my account as I had suggested in my complaint

Our Shop Supervisor, Bill [redacted], called on [redacted] and inspected the job site.  Richfield Plumbing informed our insurance company of the issue and they have been to job site and are working with the homeowners.
