Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Your response states that the unit is only warrantied from the date of manufacture not the sale date The manufactured date you said was in March of 2015, the sale date I do not know as it was a gift, but my daughter was not born until August of As she was an infant we did not even utilize the unit until February as she slept in our room by the bed while very young As I know that the first unit was replaced because it was under warranty, we only ended up using the unit probably for four months before it stopped working Then we had the replacement which after months stopped working I know that the second unit falls under the warranty of the first unit, all I am asking is that a reputable company stand by there product from one year of purchase, whether it was an original or a replacement That is not this companies philosophy and I doubt it will change, but I am making my voice heard And FYI to anyone else reading this: I have never filed a complaint before or issued a warning As I doubt anything will derive from this email, I am doing this more to warn fellow potential future patrons Regards, [redacted] ***
