This is not an offer of resolution just an explantion for what happened The buisness has an obligation to fulfill the order that was accepted This explanation was not given when my order was cancelled I had to call to find out what was happening, I find this unprofessional Further I was not greeted on the phone with compassion for the mistake or small offers of resolution but with comments of how that this store will not lose money on this deal However, to work towards a resolution I would like to offer a more favorable offer for richies I will offer to buy half the number of items for half the order This will cut their loses in half and still give me something (guns was ordered for approximately $delivered so I'll pay $for one delivered) Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

We had an issue with our online system which was listing out of stock items as being in stock as well as putting the incorrect price on the itemsWe refunded every customer that purchased any of these itemsWe apologized for the mistake and refunded his money immediately

I have just bought two guns from Richie's online to be shipped to my fflAfter I made payment and they took my moneyThey cancelled the sale saying the price was a computer mistake and he was "not gonna loss money" on a sale According to their terms and conditions the sale was final and I could not edit it without penalties but they have no problem cancelling it when it does not work for them Very unimpressed
I do not want to say that they are stealing from me, the money is being returnedThat are just not willing to stand behind their agreements
