On Monday 716, [redacted] , put a call into AAAThe driver went out to perform a battery service callAs stated the battery test failedThe driver informed the customer that battery that was needed was not on truckHe informed the customer that they would need to call back Wednesday As stated [redacted] did call shop, at 1:00pm she, spoke to the manager who stated that she would need to call after 3:00pm, the battery deliver had not come in yetAt 3:00pm the owner answered the phone, unaware she called at 1:00pm, he told her batteries were dropped off in morningThe owner had stated the wrong time, before he could correct himself the member started yelling at himHe asked her repeatedly if she could stop yelling at himHe stated its too hot outside to deal with being yelled at, and that she would need to call AAA for service [redacted] called AAA for a service call, we dispatched a service truck to her homeThe driver from Ri chie's Towing tried to perform a test again, because it is need to for warranty purposes [redacted] started yelling and demanding that a battery be installedThe Member threatened the driver, stating that, "you have no idea who I am or know"The driver left in a hurry because, he thought the member was going to get physical with himWe questioned the driver about a receipt, and he has no ideaWe tried to speak to [redacted] when he called us at our shop but, he could not be reasoned withAlso,we did not want to deal with being yelled at by himWe spoke to the second company that was sent out by AAA to help [redacted] and she did allow them to run a battery test [redacted] felt that she was lied to when she called the shop a second timeWhen the driver showed up to perform the battery test she was still irateWe would of been happy to replace the battery, at no cost to [redacted] No one should treat a driver the way they did, for just following the proced ures of his job
