I am rejecting this response because:
 To whom it may concern,I reject the business response. He has never mentioned industry standard warranty to me. Richard has again and again said he would fix the problem. I have also contacted the lumber company he stated the wood came from. National said it was more likely the glue than the wood. Plus, I have a witness and multiple text messaging stating he would fix the problem. Text messages dating May 16, 2017, March 14, 2017, January 26, 2017, October 26,2016, July 10, 2016. All saying he would take care of the problem.Thank you,[redacted]

To whom it may concernAs normal this customer or complaint failed to give you all the details of his complaint This project was completed in OCT 2015  Complaint did not make any contact to me till May of 2016, well out side a industry standard 90 warranty. He was told at that time it was a...

material issue which according our contract would have to me covered by the manufacture. I contacted their rep and they refused to cover either the materials or the labor to repair this problem.I have discussed this threw threating text and phone calls from the complainant several times, which I can supply for you . As of Dec 16 2016 I went threw a knee surgery then retiring in march of this year due to medical issue with my shoulders.Mr [redacted] clearly from his complaint addressed the issue as a defect not a labor issue So I feel no responsibility with this issue.   Thank you
