Review: My mother and I contracted [redacted] of Richie's Fence Co. to install a fence at our home in [redacted]. He was given a $2,000 deposit. Richie specified the fence would be from [redacted] and that he would begin installation no later than October **, 2014 and would be complete within a week. At two weeks time I had not heard from [redacted] and called him. He did not call back for several days and then eventually I got him on the phone and he said that the fence was backordered and would be in shortly. He promised to get back to me within a few days. After a week I called [redacted] again. He apologized and said that the fence had still not been sent to him but that it would be there shortly. I emailed [redacted] company and was told that the item is not a backordered item and is available. At that point I texted [redacted] as his voice mail box is full and let him know we wanted our deposit returned for breach of contract and that if he could prove the fence had been ordered that we would accept delivery from illusions directly. He did not respond. I sent him another text message this evening requesting that the deposit be returned.Desired Settlement: We would like our deposit refunded.

Review: Richies fence company installed a fence on my property. One of the sections was bent.He told me he was going to order a new section from his wholesaler and come the following week to replace the bent section.IT has been 2 months.I have called him numerous times. He has given me several dates stating he was going to show up but he does not. I contacted his wholesaler and they state he has not ordered a replacement section. The work at this point is incomplete.Desired Settlement: I have to now buy a section of fence and have it installed. I would like a refund of the amount I will spend to replace the section of fence.
